How It Works

Format 1: Intimate Group Setting

10 Hours (5x 2-hour sessions) of online workshop and discussion in an intimate group setting via Zoom, including replays and lifetime* access to the online course, as well as an opportunity to stay in touch via a WhatsApp group in-between sessions.

Format 2: 1:1 Setting

Self-paced course in a 1:1 setting includes lifetime* access to the online course and personalized guidance** up to 4 months after enrollment. (**) As you go through the online course, I’m available to answer questions through WhatsApp or Signal through text or voice message.

Online Course

After enrollment, you’ll immediately get access to the online course. This course contains lesson materials, resources, and real-life examples, forming the foundation to build on during group workshops or personalized guidance.
